Are strollers, wheelchairs, bicycles and inline skaters allowed to participate? Can I bring my dog? Is the Empower Walk + 5K Run a competitive event? I’m a previous Walk participant, what can I expect as a Walker at the Empower Walk + 5K Run? What happens if it rains? Where can I find information about my specific Empower Event? Why should I participate in the Empower Walk + 5K Run?
