​​​​​​​Our Empower Walk + 5K Run is a family friendly event. All ages are welcome to participate in the 5K, however those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All ages are welcome at the Empower Walk + 5K Run. While the walk is a non-competitive, family-friendly event (with routes typically 1-2 miles), runners under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Some locations also offer a timed 5K option for those who wish to participate. Please contact your local Empower staff member to learn whether your event includes timing.
