After a donor makes a donation to your fundraising efforts, you can send them your appreciation by sending them a thank you email. But you can also send emails directly from your fundraising center.
Step 1: Navigate to the Email Center
- On the fundraising center dashboard, click EMAIL on the navigation bar.
Step 2: Compose Your Email
- Select a Thank You email template.
- Click Next.
- Customize your message or leave the content as is.
- Click Next.
Step 3: Select your donors
- In the Contacts box, select Groups.
- Choose the Donors group.
- Click Next.
Step 4: Preview and Send Your Email
- Review your email.
- Click Send.
