For help accessing your username or password, visit the Empower Walk + 5K Run Home Page, click Login on the Top Right and select ‘Need Help Logging In’. 

If you received a password or username recovery email that contained multiple usernames: 

• You may have multiple profiles linked with same email address. This could happen if you registered another person previously with your email address.  

• If you need help determining which username is linked to your registration, please create a support ticket.
