These instructions are if you have completed the online registration for an Autism Speaks Empower Walk + 5K Run event.  If you participated previously and have not completed the registration process for this year, please register and then log in your account. If you have already registered, verify your username and reset your password using the instructions below: 

Step 1: Visit the Empower Walk + 5K Run Home Page, click Login on the Top Right and select ‘Need Help Logging In’. 

Step 2: Enter your email address to receive an email from [email protected] which will contain your username and a link to reset your password
