Meta (Facebook's parent company) recently unveiled a new feature which allowed for the cross promotion of Facebook Fundraisers on Instagram. However, due to the way in which these transactions are reported by Meta, they will not sync over properly to our fundraising platform. Autism Speaks does receive the funds for donations made through Instagram, however, they aren't credited properly to a participant's fundraising total on our platform.

If you have received gifts through Instagram, we'll need for you to provide us screenshots that capture this information. Once you've provided the following screenshots, we'll be able to add a lump sum gift to your fundraising page. Please follow the the directions below.

2. Click/tap on the fundraising banner on your profile

3. Click/tap on the fundraising progress meter

4. Screenshot the list of donations you have received. You may need to take more than one screenshot to capture all donations.
