Do I need to be on a team to participate? 

• No, you’re welcome to register as an individual. You’ll still be surrounded by hundreds of participants who share the same mission to support the autism community. 

How many people do I need to form a team? 
You can start a team with any number of people - even two! There’s no minimum size required. Whether your group is small or large, every team makes an important impact at the Empower Walk + 5K Run. 

Can I create a team after I’ve already registered? 
Yes! If you registered as an individual and later decide to start a team, simply reach out to our support team and they can help you make the update.
